Hoping you can help me find the correct pivot bars from my window, as you can see one of them is broken, and the other 1 is bent

These are 3" PGT locks. Do you know the part number?

The black track guide broke so the window won't close properly. I'm not sure it can be replaced and attached to the metal bar or if the whole metal arm or whole hinge needs to be replaced The picture sent is from the matching window that is not broken.The part broken slides in the track keeping the ... Bottom window won't stay up. I've attached pictures of the existing channel balances and shoes. I do not see the exact channel on your website. Channel is BSI-TT 16C, 9/16"W, with a hook on one end.

I am looking for a 3 ¾" concealed lock in white but can only find larger sizes. Can you direct me to the right one to use? Thank you.

I'm looking to replace these. Seems I need a set of 7 pound and a set of 5 pond. Looks like a two piece setup in each channel when I removed them. The sash part that moves and a top stop that was screwed in.

Can you tell me if you have a replacement for this pivot shoe ? The # on it is 530CSB and measures appx. 1/2 x 1 3/16 x 2 3/16.

have some old storm windows with plastic parts that are brittle. Don't have any numbers to identify products. But need help finding it.

The "Birds eye" view is the right-hand working unit. I need the left. Attached please find pictures of the left crank. The body is cracked (near the handle) and difficult to operate. If any more are needed please let me know. Best regards, Danny

We have a broken EPI window lock. My wife had ordered the 90-278 replacement latch, which fits the existing holes.
