Window sash won't stay oppen, I need a part for it, Window size is 36" and the hight is 48". The coil is broken and im not sure how meny pound coil i need for it. Can you please help with that picture model and part number? Thank you

Hi, our windows weren't staying up and hard to slide. After looking, I noticed some broken parts. Screw have come out on both sides and move with window. Picture shows broken parts. I would like to purchase replacement parts for my sliding patio door. Lock is not operating and wanted to replaced worn door handle as well.

Hello,One of my windows has a damaged balancer and Lock spring shoe cam. I may also have a bent T-pin in the sash. I have attached photos.Can you tell me from the photos if I need a new sash or a new balancer?Thank you for your help,John

No parts numbers found for bathroom window or balance spring. The spring itself is slightly larger than a US quarter, is 1/2" wide and guesstimated to be att least 3' in length fully unrolled.
