Alliance window replacement parts

We have unique rollers here for the screen door portion of what I believe are Kawneer doors. I could be wrong. To note, they screw in from the top as well. So I have to remove the rail of the door to get to that screw. Any help finding replacement parts would be greatly appreciated. ... (cont.)

Hi I order 8 39-187 white Sash Dyad Crank 5” and 8 39-188 Sash Dyad Crank 5” on Sept 24, 2024. The handyman never came to install them I tried myself. Hi I have these windows and they crank open. One of the windows arms that pulls and pushes the window that's attached to the window snap. This seal fits at the top of my bottom pane and sits against the bottom of the top pane when the windows are closed. I believe this is considered a kerf.

It has a part number on it 1528 and also 1463. I attached a photo in the messages. It is the exact same size as the the one I searched but it has quarter inch stops sticking out on each side
