Need this part as it is worn out and hard to latch

The upper window does not stay in place. When unlocked, it slides down. I believe it is a spiral balance needed.

Hello,Can you help me identify and replace these sliders? This door doesn't slide well at all, and I've cleaned it and used silicone spray to lubricate. I have an old Pella sliding door. Bought the house 20 years ago and it was already here.Thank you,Gary

My window will not stay up. It looks like both of the coils broke. Here are the only number I could locate on the parts: 5.365.638 and 5.232.208 On the top plastic piece. 610.108 On bottom piece with "u shape" notch.
