The teeth in the gears are stripped and you have to push the window from the outside to open. It is a truth product from about 2008. The first arm measure 4.5 inches from the finished housing to the outer end. The second arm measure 5 inches. The bracket is 3 inches. Looking for replacement right an ... (cont.)

I have a 3-sash slider window with the middle sash fixed. Well, it isn't fixed since it's missing nylon clips ( photo) on either side of the sash that holds it in place. The width I am looking for is 1.5". Would you carry this piece?

The opposite end of the hook appears to be a bolt/pin that fits into the window and it has rusted away.I also need the rusted replacement pin/part attached to the window (looks to be with one screw).

also, the plastic roller on the outermost location of the outside part comes out of the thing it rolls in, so we have to go outside and put it back in; the window is still good, but the whole crank mechanism seems like it could be replaced also can't figure out how to get the crank to stay in its h ... I sent a message previously, I was told in September 26-243 White latch would be available again, it's showing discontinued when selected, will they in fact be available again? They match the window color and the 26-244 Right side white is still available. Thanks Paul
