Hi I have a similar crank to above labeled c-9400-1 but the screw holes on mine don't match your suggested part. The adapter seems like a different set too. Can you please suggest the right replacement?

Swisco team, need some help choosing the correct screen corner for full length window screens. I have uploaded the pictures to help. I have included both top and bottom. Wind bent bar when very gusty. The total length from pun to pun us 12 inches. The bar is 9 inches. Cannot find them that short. No numbers shown in part!

Guides won't hold the windows. Windows are approximately 5'x2'8". cannot find any identifying marks on the guides or windows. Is it possible to measure them accurately enough to find,fabricate new ones?

I have a truth rear mount single arm operator identical to 39-022 but I need the black pivot bracket on the end of the arm. I compared the dimensions to one you carry but they did not match up. Also not sure how you would install them since they are riveted on?

hi. i just moved into a new house and i need a replacement for this, INCLUDING the part that connects to the window itself - the arm currently doesn't have anything to "grab on" to.
