Do you sell a match to this? It measures 3/4" x 5/16"

Small plastic part located on inside of pella single hung window frame.

Channel Balancer. Mine measure 15 inches I can't find a a match. THANK YOU for your help

I have a truth rear mount single arm operator identical to 39-022 but I need the black pivot bracket on the end of the arm. I compared the dimensions to one you carry but they did not match up. Also not sure how you would install them since they are riveted on?

hi. i just moved into a new house and i need a replacement for this, INCLUDING the part that connects to the window itself - the arm currently doesn't have anything to "grab on" to.

Hi, I'm on the hunt for the correct spec to ordeer to ensure this otherwise good window needs to properly open and close. Seems it's a dual arm oeprator but not 100% confident in what spec I should be ordering. Hoping you can help specifiy and sell me the part. :) Thanks for your help! ... (cont.)
