Hello, I need some help identifying and ordering the correct Milgard casement window hinge. As seen from one photo, a part of the lower hinge (the 'crossbar') is missing. The lower part that is mounted to the actual window frame is 10" long, Window is smaller, less than 18"x24" I understand I will n ... (cont.)

I can't remove the old broken shoe.It doesn't slide up and down . I've replaced shoe on Pella windows before. So have a general idea of how it works. I also don't know which part I need to order.

Manufactored house, I need two sets of window balances. The metal channels are 26 7/8" long and marked with 26-3 LM5 CMC 8. Both sets of the window balances have broken strings. I will also need two takeout clips, the broken clips are 1/4" wide.

I have Milguard windows and these plastic take-out clips are broken on several windows. This is a picture of one that is still functional. I'm looking to get a bunch to replace them as they fail.
