Hi there, My client's window crank is not opening all of the way, and it appears to be the roller is dropping into the removal area halfway through the crank. Im trying to match this shoe. Not the typical channel shoe. Do you need to replace the whole balance assembly? You see the rusted out one in question. First time I have seen this style of shoe with a channel balance.
