This door track looks like your large door track cover, however there is no door track, it is just the cover in a pocket. Channel balance

Hi. I have two Semco windows where the sash cord has definitely broken. See attached pictures. One of them doesn't stay open at all. The other will stay open, but the cord's definitely broken. Do you know what parts I need to fix this?

Replace what is in photo. Existing seems to damaged and does not work. Will also need trim cover for same.

They are both 10" slides but the bottom bar is longer and they both have adjustable slides on them as apposed to the 36-048 and 36-090-10. It's just one window top is smaller bar than bottom bar.
