I need four balancers for two windows, They are 1/2"x28" See pictures

Two of our windows are missing the black part that attaches to the window

The bushing keeps popping out of the track. If there is a bushing replacement I'll take it but I think I need the arm at a minimum.

I wanted to just change crank but looks like gear is in sealed case

The lower sash cords broke. I need both sides replaced.

Door gets to a point when opening and sticks now even harder to open

Need all three parts, but couldn't find them in the pages I viewed. Would like to order two sets. Also there are no cut outs in the window channel, ended up breaking the coil holder removing it. Any suggestions on installing or removing. Help appreciated...

Hi, I am looking for Pella double hung jamb inserts (3.5" x 54") and two replacement lower sash pivots 54" length at longest angle point; 53 5/8" inside angle point The inserts are marked on the metal piece BSI 24HD (left inside) and 24xHD (rt. inside) Thanks
