Looking to replace this balance.

Hello, I'm Looking for a Window Handel lock like the one that is attached to this email.

25" long, 3" attachment link at bottom of window. Windows built in 1938. Wood, double hung. Lower section is 32" x 25 1/2". 1 5/8" thick - single pane. Need four balance tubes and need to know the proper model.

I have a Marvin casement window w/ 40574 stamped and the arm is approx 8-3/4" long (from center of nylon bushing to center screw hole aligned with the crank). Spiral Balances seem to be placed in the pictured sheath. It is not clear how to remove it to confirm length. It seems to run the full length of the window pane height - roughly 40+ inches. I want to confirm the type of balance, then place an order. I will be

This coil spring has a 9 stamped on it. I need the left and the right side. They both broke.

Need a roughly 2 inch insert to connect crank handle with 5/16" spline to window hardware. I tried part 39-339, and it is too short. It did fit in the crank.

The window balance on one side of the window fell out and the one on the other side is soon to follow. The stamp says 19-4 and Amazon has several window balances but none of them say stamp 19-4. I would like to buy balances for each side of the window.
