Can these cranks be replaced? If so, what is the best way to order a new crank for this window?

Window will not close when cranking handle. Leave a gap of about 1/2 inch on the around all the sides. Top seems to have disconnected while bottom black piece is broken.

The wind caught one of my casement windows and broke the arm and crank. The photos attached are of the window on the opposite side of the wall, but appear to be the same window, just a mirror copy. I think I know what I need to order, just hoping for some confirmation. Thank!

This is off a columbia window. I know its a channel balance and the only marking on it is 2420. It is 25" metal to metal and 26" plastic to plastic

The window manufacturer is Atrium, made in 2003 ? I would like to order 2 window balancers.

Window balances currently in the manufactured home are 18 years old and stick during operation. The metal strut is 27" long (see photo). Imprinted on the strut are: 26 3 BSI NF. There are no other markings. The plastic end pieces are attached with two rivets at the end with the imprint and 1 riv ... (cont.)

I believe it's an allside window, a sticker says NFRC 100/200 SERIES 03A0 03S0 ST SINGLE HUNG PRODUCT LINE #1155-092, only visible markings on constant force balance coil cover are "A" 'B" "C" "D" "E" listed vertically. I have pics if able to send.

Hi, I have a customer that has a broken rope on their window balance and they claim it is a Hurd Window but my guys could not find anything on the windows mentioning a brand name. Can you tell by these pictures if you would have a replacement balance for these? Thank you!
