Hello, I'm looking for the part to replace these Pella Architect Series window weather seals. This is on the side of the double hung windows. The windows were purchased circa 2006. Thank you, Matt

looking for a pair of 3/8" pivot shoes for a 29" spiral balance. The shoe is 2" high, 15/16" wide and 3/8" deep. the window weighs appx 15 lbs.

Hi there, hoping to get some help with identifying these parts. I see some equivalent parts on your site, but I'm not sure if they're the compatible ones since this seems to be an older window model. Hello, the balancer on one side of my double-hung window is broken, as shown in the attached photo. It bears the markings "21C BSI EL." Do you carry this specific model? Thank you!

Clips to lock rod of operator to the sash

I have a double hung window in my bedroom that has come out of the balance. Please see the photos. Can I repair the existing part and get the window back in it or do I need a new part?

I have a screen door roller. I don't have any part numbers. The top of the bracket is about 2 1/2 inches long. The distance of the holes is about 2 1/8th.

I'm looking for two different lengths of the same channel balnances for our non-tilt Milgard windows. The long ones measure 19 inches, I need four of those, the shorter ones are 15 inches and I need two of those. The stamp on the 19 inch one is "18 5 GT CMC 2" and on the 15 inch on is "14 5 GU CMC 5 ... (cont.)

This is a Milgard awning window. The pivots where the slides engage the window are 15" center to center when closed. The arms form an X when open and have a pivot rivet in the center, where one arm is rusted and broken.

Can you help confirm the correct replacement part number for my set of window balances. It is stamped Unique 31-C-30. Length is 32", width is 1/2"

I need a pair of plain channel balances. Balance is 28 inches long Top has a clip that fits into a hole in the channel Stamped with "28C" and "BSIN" Also, need installation assistance: no cut-outs in channel, so how to remove/install bottom piece? The window opens from left to right. There is only one arm that attached to the operator system. This is an old system. The arm is about 9 in long.

Pella said they no longer have this part and provided your link. With the piece broken off between the wheels, the wheel does not travel straight and makes noise and does not travel smoothly. Do you carry a replacement?
