The only writting on it is the name Harvey and a Lock and arrow direction on which way to turn the lever. I have multiple of these windows in the house that were replaced around 2007so if we can confirm a part that will work to replace I may purchase a few extra beyond this one that is broken to ha ... Hi my window balance needs to be replaced. I have the proper pieces for that. The photo shows a plastic piece that broke off that basically anchors the balance to move window up and down. what is this piece called and where can I purchase it?

I have 1950's wood windows with integrated aluminum jamb liners and spring balances that run inside tracks in the jamb liner. I'm replacing the aluminum jamb liners with vinyl ones and need balances that will work. The windows are double hung and each sash is 10 lbs.

Have SEMCO windows and some balances have failed. Have taken the balances out of a larger window and its part number is DB J03 TGX T (the J03 is stamped across compared to the rest of the number). Are replacement balances available?

Hello, I ave 1950s era casement windows. I'd like to replace all of he crank hndles and mechanisms on 9 windows. Note the shallow depth of the mountaing area to clear the screen frame. Do you have replacement parts?

Hello We'd like to replace these Pella casement window cranks with folding ones. These have always interfered with our blinds. Is this possible? The window is from early 1990s.

the plastic part of the window shoe in the image broke in half (you only see the part the remains screwed to the spring). the spring has 407 J marked on this. please let me know what if any further information you need - thank you!
