Simonton double hung balance broke

Hello, we had two of our balancers break. The windows are Simonton. I was told that there is a upgraded replacement balancer and we would need different pivot bars too. I sure would appreciate help with getting the correct parts. Thank you.

1995 vinyl double hung windows Century 21 Home Improvements

Looks like both sides are broken. Right side has more coils detached than the left. No id on the plastic other than a pat #. Did not cut the vinyl tracks to remove coils yet. Door hinge

Has marking "ASSA" on it. Goes on an exterior door that swings outwards, so the hinges are outside. It measures 3 13/16 inch wide and 4 5/16 inch tall.
