Hello, I am looking for two replacement top sash guides for my channel balances that are 32D. There was a single screw at the top to attach the channel balance. If you need more pictures please let me know. Thank you and I hope you can help.

Need help identifying balance for plygem window, sash won't stay up

Looking for a replacement for this rubber weatherstripping insert for bottom of door.

Hello, the casement operator for one of our windows can open but the gear inside is slipping when trying to close. Pictures are attached. I would appreciate if a possible replacement operator could be identified from your product list. Thanks. -ken
