this is a truth 31522 casement window operator that may no longer exist. it may be that the 1518 casement window operator will fit. Can you please research and get back to me. I have a client needs whole house replaced. Thank you.

Dimensions are as follows: Length is 3.5 inches, Width is 7/8 inches Screw holes are 2.5 inches apart

Need a replacement for this but can't seem to figure out which one is the right one. Help please.

These are old Patriot Windows! From Ryan Home built in 2000. The top center piece broke off which had a screw in it!

I belive this is from a marvin window. one on each side of window , used to raise a lower window

Unfortunately, I don't know much beyond the brand/model and the size of the pivot bar from my measurement, which appears to be 2.5". The only marking appears to be an "8" just after the first screw hole.

Hello we have wood casement windows and need to replace the crank operator on a bunch of them. Could you please help me identify a proper replacement. It says Lincoln on the crank. When you open the window in the arm it says "Entry Guard - Truth" and also "R 30842"

Looking for those coil balances (8R) and (8L)

I am sending what I need to replace broken coils for both sides of window. I wrote on paper, as you see, what is written on each coil. I would like to see if I can get the whole assembly, and cost.

the unit is approx 1 and 1/2 " wide and from top of upper coil to bottom of lower coil is approx 2 and 3/4" high

Cannot open or close window without using pliers

Hello, looking to have this lock replaced as it sends to be wore out and not staying locked. Any help you can provide is appreciated. This is at a property I'm not always at do if I need to provide further info it may take a day or so. Thank you
