Hello, The top part of the window keeps slipping down. Does that mean I should replace the spiral balances? Tilting window spiral balance, window dimensions 23 1/2 " ht x 30 1/2 " width. Pictures attached Thanks for your help. Best, Josh

Hello, recently it seems the coils on my windows broke. Also the bottoms piece that attaches to my window that goes in the pivot hole snapped too. Was seeing if you had something that matched up. Appreciate any help

This lock is 27 years old, and the locking mechanism stopped working. Looking for a replacement part.

Looking for replacement

I'm looking to identify these sliding screen door rollers so I can replace them. They are very simple, around 1" in diameter for the wheels, a single attaching screw, no springs or anything. Any help would be appreciated. Attached are some photos of removed and installed.

I need about 6 of these

Dimensions are 25in. by 1/2in by 1/2in Attaches to the window frame with a top screw. Looks like the 25in model 770 might work as a replacement. Please verify this model will work. Thanks, Henry
