I just bought your Paw Proof screen and some 55-109 spline to replace the standard screen in a forever screen door. Although the spline goes in easily with the concave roller tool on a standard screen. I cannot get the Paw proof to go into the groove. Is there a special spline for this screen or a t ... (cont.)

Dear sirs,My name is Steve Shear. I need 3 replacement window balancers.The metal portion is 33" long and 1/2" wide. Both top and bottom guides are included in the photos.

The windows that I need replacement balances and shoes for are Pella G0312997120 and G0312997148. The stamps on the balances I am looking to replace are 28C & 30C.

I need to replace these window balancers in 2 windows. I will need 2 upper sash and 2 lower.

I have a non Tilt Channel Balance that is 1/2 Channel width that is 28" Long, However it has a hook on the top and bottom see picture. I am needing help with a part number.

There is no marking of any kind. This piece is inserted at bottom corner, but based on how the piece is inserted I cannot find an equivalent piece to attach to existing door and holes.

Need both right and left hand replacement cranks

I have a Hara's Inc window. I'm not sure of the part name. It helps guide the XO window, it conceals a gap between XO (slider) & the frame. It appears to also fit into the block or end of the window.

Sliding glass door is approx. 17 years old, guessing from sticker (see attached). There are 4 holes in door frame for handle (first three holes are about same size, last hole at bottom is smaller - see attached), but do not know if they're all from latest lock. This Truth operator is marked 40055 but does not have the arm length of 9 1/2" as mentioned on the internet. The dimensions are: arm length 13 1/2" - width 5/8" - thickness 5/32" Screw hole spacing is 3.0" and 1.625" The window latch is on the left. Do you have a replacement for me? ... (cont.)
