I got this door from an antique shop and their was no door knobs or strike plates (I believe that may be what they are called) I found some knobs, but I can't seem to find the right parts to the door.

The locking mechanism on this lock recently broke, and I'm having trouble trying to find a replacement

I need the full balance set including the shoes that hold the bottom of the window into the frame. This would be for two window. This is for a single hung tilt out window. Bottom sash measurements are 33 3/4 x 36 high. Please let me know price also. Thank you.

The inside door handle does not sit snug against plate. Wobbly. Latch is not snugg against plate.

My daughter purchased a condo and the storm door could use some love. It is missing the piston and the handle is functioning but is very worn from the elements. There is a brass decorative plate that also damaged from the elements. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you -Annie

I found what i belevive stamped on the balance is "06/3 UNIQUE 27-C-30"

Hi, I'm looking for the side rail latch where I have to clip out the latches on both sides to allow the window to come out for cleaning. One of my latches tip broke and is no longer able to install the window back on. Please assist me in finding the part. Thank you, Paul

Looking to replace the crank and window latches. It says "truth hardware." My guess is this is 15 year old window. No other markings. We have Andersen E series windows everywhere else. See if there is any option in more of an antique bronze color.

Similar to part 26-361, but the piece on back that protrudes is not in the same position and it looks like it's square and not round.

The part on the table next to the window is the broken one. The corner of the window shows the other one in place.
