looking for this replacement it is a double hund window of one side of a bay windowit has two sets of # 11600-17 and ( ? bc5) 6431 2-87 window size is 49.5"x24"

Can you please help me identify the manufacture / model # for the door handle. Dimensions are as followed: the Metal piece, hole to hole is about 3.5 inches Metal piece is 5.7 inches in length x1 width Wooden handle is 10 inch length x 1inch width On the outside, is a lock.
