I bought 3 sets of tilt latch 26-393B but they dont fit. I need the latch that is about 2 3/4" long not including the part that sticks into the wall of the window. Can I return those and you send me the ones that I need for the images that I sent?

The operators I need resemble both the 39-318 and the 39-171 but the lengths of the individual arms are not identical. Please check the compatibility. Thanks, David

I have double hung tilt windows. Some of the window latches have broken. I need to identify the correct replacement parts with correct sizes to match the one I currently have.

Hi again - the lower trim piece and operator cover is missing from this window. Is this a piece that you would have available? Also looking for the plastic operator cover. This from an early 1990's Kolbe & Kolbe window. Thank you.

This piece mounted to the bottom of a spring is supposed to be connected to the bottom of the window with a post going through that hole, but the piece is broken at the bottom, so the post slipped right through and the spring retracted entirely. Hi - I watched one or two of your videos and I think it's the pivot shoe that's broken? Makes the window kind of unsafe because it just slams down.
