I have a left hand and right hand window that doesn't open and would like to replace the parts. On all the other posts with that truth part number the handle for the crank can be found in the middle. Hello! I am looking for replacement window balances for Cascade brand windows. I've uploaded some photos of the balance, as well as some (slightly blurry) photos of the window itself. The left balance dropped down, right side is ok, I think it is time to replacce them. If I do replace, I would do both sides. Now I need to get exact parts number to match old one. THe window sash has dimension of 34 inch width, 24 inch high.
