These are in the bottom front of our drawers. Can't seem find them.

I'm looking for a replacement window latch per the attached pics. Parts 26-243 & 244 are the closest I can find. However, the locking tab that keeps the latch in place is slightly different than these parts. 243 & 244 show the tab being 3/16 from the edge, whereas the one pic on mine show ... (cont.)

Looking for advice on my casement window. I have several window that open easily but cannot be closed, especially the last inches of two before they close and are latched.

I have a few sizes of balances that need replacing. I measured two sizes and want to make sure I get the correct ones. No manufacturer name on the lock. From the picture you can see it has two hooks AND two pins that slide and actuate hooks at the top and bottom of the door. So there are 4 mechanisms. I have a few windows that have become a problem! Looks like the Channel Balances have shot up to the top of the window and no longer connect to the pivot shoe I removed both channel balances from the window frame and included those pictures, the imprint in the metal looks to be "30B BSI TG" Channel ... Hello, I would like to order 1 set ( 2 units) balances for a Milgard window sash. The metal part of the blance measures about 25.5 inches, the window weights about 22 lbs. Pictures of the balance are attached. Window was manufactured in 2005. Thank you, Robert

The length of the metal channel is 26 3/4". There is a stamp on it 2630 BSI PA. I just bought the house and don't know when the windows were installed. The window is Pella and the owner said they didn't replace the windows and they owned the home for 20 years. I need 2 of these please. ... (cont.)
