House is 45 years old

Dimensions: 3/4" wide at the widest point 1 3/16" tall body is 2 1/4" long without the "T" shaped tail body is a total of 3" with the "T" shaped tail

Guides won't hold the windows. Windows are approximately 5'x2'8". cannot find any identifying marks on the guides or windows. Is it possible to measure them accurately enough to find,fabricate new ones?

Hi , I have a patio door handle from Allen Steven corporation which is now defunct, I want to replace these handles with a set that comes with a keyed lock. Can you suggest parts I need to buy from your store

I need a 3 inch pivot bar and a tilt window latch. Do you have these parts in stock and what are the prices. I would need 6 pivot bars and 2 left and 2 right tilt window latches.

Spring-loaded latches for old storm windows, possibly 1970s. Inside is stamped with "L30" and "2". Thanks for your help

I have a truth rear mount single arm operator identical to 39-022 but I need the black pivot bracket on the end of the arm. I compared the dimensions to one you carry but they did not match up. Also not sure how you would install them since they are riveted on?

hi. i just moved into a new house and i need a replacement for this, INCLUDING the part that connects to the window itself - the arm currently doesn't have anything to "grab on" to.

Hi, I'm on the hunt for the correct spec to ordeer to ensure this otherwise good window needs to properly open and close. Seems it's a dual arm oeprator but not 100% confident in what spec I should be ordering. Hoping you can help specifiy and sell me the part. :) Thanks for your help! ... (cont.)

A the end (top of the picture) the black plastic part is mising makingb it harder to slide in the rail!
