Hi I tried identifying a part on your website but it had an error. This piece broke off and i cant seem to find the replacement My window is 28” x 52” crank window

Trying to find window balance 25" length

I have an older (20 + years) S/H window that I believe was manufactured by M&I Windows and is stamped 2730. The series number on the sash label is "865" and the closest replacement I find for this balancer is perhaps the "385" series. However, the so-called "wings" on the balancer only exist on ... I would like assistance on verifying the replacement window channel balances I will need. Not including the plastic ends the metal is 30" long. Picture 2 in the middle shows the only markings I can see on the part. The metal channel appears to be 9/16" wide slightly larger than 1/2". I can weight th ... (cont.)

The small post that sticks out of this item that allows the locking mechanism to lock when both doors are closed broke off, so I am assuming I will need a new locking mechanism.

This balance system comes from above type window. Length 27.5", spring length 10", heavy hollow plastic tube is 1/4" diameter. Have 4 Jeld Wen windows we installed over time in a 4plex we bought in 2003, so older system. Hoping to find parts so dont have to remove the 4 windows

First time replacing any type of window balance. The issue here is the window started becoming hard to open then one day it opened easily but just slams down if you let it. The balances are spiral and 31 inches long. The tips are red but look to be recessed in the tube. Not sure if they should be li ... (cont.)
