I do not know the manufacturer of my windows, I am looking for a replacement of the plastic part shown in the picture. Can you identify the part?

they are finger tabs that release the sash on my porch windows-there is no brand names or numbers anywhere on the windows that I could find-1" long, 1/4" wide and 5/8 inch total height.Tabs are close to 5/16" long and there is about 1/8" between them. Hopefully you can identify the Truth casement window cranks that we have. Both the right and left handles have broken. There may be more problems, but to avoid taking out all the wood to replace the gear mechanism, I thought I would start with replacing the handles--if available. If I need to buy ... (cont.)
