Hello my home was built in 2010. My blue prints say the windows manufacture was Better Built. they are 2940 BSI and the measure 30inches.

The length of the channel is 27". OEM marking is 26-4 Caldwell DM. Picture 3, one of the tabs is broken off the guide.

I have a single-hung window that no longer stays open - it won’t hold its position when lifted. Could you please help me identify which part I need to fix this issue?

I need to buy new parts so that my window stays open. I need to replace the coil and upper and lower "shoe". I need help with identifying what parts I need. I'd like to buy a whole assembly if that's possible or at least all the parts piecemeal so I can fix the window. I need left and right parts. ... (cont.)

My window balances are 9/16" wide x 9/16" thick. Do the series 770 balances meet these dimensions? Your description only says they are 9/16" wide. Thanks, Bryan

My windows were purchased from Home Depot in June 2006. One of the windows has both ballast broken. In addition the push sash releases are bad as well. Are you able to provide replacements? Thanks in Advance donnie

I beleive it's called channel balance ur I don't know the exact details of it I believe it's 30 inches

Hi, I have uploaded a pic with digits found on side of window but haven't found anything else. From googling, the 40284 SS seem to represent this to be a Pella window. However there are no stamps on coil and either both coils snapped and broke or there is no tab. These coils deem to be 3/4". the foo ... (cont.)
