hello, it seems the wheels have failed on my novatech sliding door. I am looking for replacement parts and instruction on how to remove the door from its track.

I need a few window balances for a renovation. Window balances are 29" long and stamped BSI 2840. Attached are photos showing the ends. Do you have replacement parts? Thanks for the help.

I did not capture a picture of the rollers installed before I put the door.back up. Hopefully the pictures provided will suffice.

1/2" wide x 14 5/16" long. Stamped marking says 14. 3.

I am looking for this part that is in the track that the bottom of the window snaps into. Can I replace just that part or does the metal piece that goes up the track also have to be replaced? Also, are there installation instructions on how to replace it?

I have two windows which need these pieces replaced. So, am talking about 4 balance bars (with grey shoes (20-3) and four pivots which match. Since I would like to keep these windows a while longer, would like some extra parts..Hope you can help, or point me toward someone who can. Thanks, in adva ... (cont.)

I want to see if I could get this balance before I attempt to remove it. It doesn't have the cut out in the track to get it out so I'm going to try to pound a wedge in there to spread it enough to remove it but only if I can get the part, do you have this part? thanks

How do I know I'm getting the right bead? I don't see the window type stamped anywhere on the window.

I have a 2390 BSI EA 36 Window Balance that is 23 7/16 length x 1/2" width and I need 2 of them of course. I found a pic of it but that one is a 36" long(plus outer fittings)
