Metal I 26 3/4 " x 5/8"

i am looking to replace my single, hung, non tilt window. the length of the channel, without top and bottom fittings is 24". the only markings on the channel [printed and not 'stamped'] are "23 4 GS Caldwell'. could you please direct me as to the correct parts to order/ many thanks. paul ... I am trying to find replacements for 26 of these, some are white, some are black, I don't have a preference. Some have this aluminum "insert", some do not.The name on the window latches is Jordan, they are about 35 years old.

Can you help identify a replacement part for my door? This is the mechanism that you turn 180 degrees to raise or lower the bolt that frees or seizes the second half of the front door. I'm not sure what this is called. The front knob is broken and missing from this part.

Hello I need channel balances for a vinyl single hung non tilting window. The marking is 27 4 BSI ND. The metal part measures 1/2" (9/16" actual) wide by 28". The foot is 1 3/32" deep. Searching for this TAN surface mount tilt latch. The screw holes are 2 9/16" centered. The width of the latch is 7/8" Are you able to provide this part?

Need to replace several of the channel balances that look like this. They don't match exactly with anything I see on your site. The metal piece is 26"x1/2" and the markings are "26 PM".
