Hi, I am looking for the equivalent replacement for my Larson window. I have the sashes in my cart 19C size. Both pivot bars are snapped. Holes are 1" apart, and the overall length is 2 3/4. Please let me know if this is something you have. Thank you!

I work for Pella and have a customer who wants to replace the sash balance on a single hung window. The number on the balance is 2090 28 I've attached photos of the backside as well.
