Need to replace both balances on window. The number 27 is clearly stamped.

We have a customer that has an older wooden sliding patio door with cut glass that appears to need a new track. The track is approximately 6' long. Is this something that can be replaced? The existing track looks like something was dropped on it and it is bent and binds up.

I think everything else still works, but last week, the lever on the handle of this sliding glass door (in the living room to the backyard) no longer was able to move the latch to lock the door, it seemed jammed in place. I think we need to replace the cartridge, but not sure. Here are a few picture ... (cont.)

I'm looking for a replacement balance for a dozen or so wood windows from the 1950s. Any ideas what part might work for this situation? There's a spring and then a coil but I'm not seeing anything similar on your website. Thanks !

I am looking to replace two coil spring balances on a window that is 24 1/2 x 36 and three-quarter tilt in double hung. The sash size is 22 1/2 x 18". I would see the approximate weight is about 15 pounds. This coil spring wraps up inside the pivot shoe. I don't see any stamps on the spring. ... (cont.)
