Could you please advise where I could find a replacement track for my contractors wardrobe floor track?

I'm looking for a replacement handle for a sliding glass door that has a screw placement of approximately 5 7/8 inches. The only indetifying company name and numbers are Allen-Stevens Corp and RD1965.

My home was built in 1989 with single hung, non-tilting windows, which are marked as Alcan. The channel balance measures 1/2" both directions. We have a handle that is loose and needs to be replced. The handle has no brand, excpet a MADE IN NEW ZEALAND engraving. It is the orignal sliding door that the builder put in the house when it was built in 2006. Please advise to see if this product would work. Thank you.

From a Lawson non-tilt window. Stamped on the part: 2840 BSI. It is a 1/2" channel. The metal portion of the guide is exactly 29", not including the plastic end caps. Thank you for any assistance you may be able to provide in identifying the correct replacement part.

I am looking for the Manufacturer of this lock assembly. Its on an aluminum sliding door on a boat. I imagine it is stainless steel. Someone broke the thumb latch off the inside so if it catches you can't get out. Thanks for any time you can spend on this. Thanks, Dave
