Regarding Oder #1152143, I ordered (8) of the wrong S380 series 30 inch channel balances. As you can see from the picture, the channel balance on the top are the ones I ordered (spring is 19 inches long). The channel balance on bottom is the one I need (that spring is 15 inches long). In measuring the balance as indicated on the chart, I come up with 12&1/2". That is from one end of the metal piece to the other. Do I go with a 12" or 13" balance?Thanks for your help.

We are trying to replace our handle to our patio door. We know that it is 4 15/16 as we have taken it to several places to find a handle.
