The coil spring broke in two pieces on the left side. I'd like to replace both sides at this point, as both sides show wear. I need to replace both coils, both shoes, and both of the brown unit above the coil. The window was manufactured on 3/24/09. "MOD 267. SH 01. The bottom sash is 30 7/8" x 16 1 ... (cont.)

There is no numbers on handle or lock, just says pat pend in one corner of lock.

Hello, I'm having a hard time figuring out which balancer I need to order as a replacement part. The numbers on the balancer aren't very legible but what I can make out is: L52 10#31 7 84 Any help you could provide would be appreciated.

It looks like 81-138, but the diameter of my roller is 1 inch, a little bit smaller than that one. Please help me out to identify it. If I order two 81-138 , when is the earliest time to have them in Windsor, ON, Canada?

I have this Stanley crank that I need a replacement for. I have attached pictures. It is the left crank. Would really like to replace both left and right cranks.

Part has number 2740 BF stamped on it and measures 28" long and just over 1/2" wide. Thank you, Jeff

I have Larson storm doors and ordered Part number 40-049 for the lock side. I now need to handle and plates for the closed door side . Do you have these??? Thanks! Tim

1-marked 2940 bsi vk measures 1/2"wide 31"long and a 1" base plate 1-marked 2840 bsi ax measures 1/2"wide 30" long and a 1" base plate I believe someone replaced the balance with the wrong size (2840) The window measures 51" x 61" inside the house

All the windows in my house are broken and do not stay up. The window sash rods appear to be intact. But it looks like these plastic clips that screw on to the windows are broken on both sides. I need help identifying the top sash guide. Also do you know if the bottom of the window need sash guid ... (cont.)

The balances are stamped as follows,04/08 unique 32-E-50 need 44 balances for 11 double hung windows. 04/08 unique 36-E-50 need 12 balances for 3 double hung windows
