I ordered sliding door handle set 82-002 after researching it on your site. The handle fits perfectly but when I install the unit sent, the hook is upside down, meaning the hook wants to go up into the catch from below rather than down into the catch from above. A customer in Japan asks me to replace a Unique balancer, "20-C-30" dated 20-09-97. The whole length is 560mm and the width is 15mm. I would like to know a correct balancer in Swisco for replacement. I was able to push this roller down far enough to photograph it. I cannot get the door itself up and over the track to remove the door and roller. It is about 2 3/8 to 2 1/2" long and is similar to but not exactly same as 81-133. That one is missing the groove in the back. Any ideas? ... (cont.)

I believe the correct bead is your # 55-030 I measured the old one and it measures 3/8 by 1/2 would you have any 3 ft pieces in grey in stock.

Hello Swisco team! 1st off, thx for your helpfull video on removing my sash, which wasn't working. Turns out the string broke in one of the channel balalances. See photos.
