Hello, The 40 year old door is dragging on the threshold. I loosened the allan set screw holding the bottom pivot in place and then attempted to turn the pivot counter clockwise to raise it, in hopes of lifting the door off the threshold. My window parts send me a number that I can call and talk to you. The black part is that the top of the window where the balancer attaches. The aluminum colored piece is in the window slide that catches the balancer so the window can be released.

I need to place a sheet of window glass inside the square frame of an eye ball window to prevent condensation on it during the winter. The glass is 3/16". I want to place a glazing type of trim around the edge of the glass to seal it in the wood frame. Possibly caulk it in and then use glass retain ... (cont.)

Spring is stamped with either a 6 or 9. Guessing that refers to the strength of the spring. Looking to replace both on a window where one of the bottom locking portion of the unit broke or separated from the spring unit above it.

The white latch button on img_8236 does not keep the door lock.Our dog can push the door open.Can we just get the button item better shown in img_8241 or do we really need the whole assembly.Or is there an adjustment. I have 2 sized window balances that I would like to order replacements for. One is marked 22D USB and the other is marked 28D USB. I believe they are the Series 380.Would you please verify this for me and advise which is the correct Series and weight so I may place an order.
