I need 4 replacement channel balances for some Viking windows in our house and two take out clips. I measure the metal channel at 23" and the thickness of my plastic pulley is also 1 3/32" as in the picture. I have a challenge for you! :) We ordered replacement sashes from Jeld Wen and although they fit our window, the sashes do not match our manufacture day and so we do not have the appropriate hardware to fit the sashes. The keeper I originally purchased from you sticks up too much. This is the one that I took off.do you have something like this? Do you think the new lock would work with the old keeper?

I think it?s an Andersen door. The brand says The Forever View.. I cant make out the full serial number but it is A-1523 Ibut it may be truncated. U.S. patent number looks like 5.039.246

Hi I am needing to get some replacement glazing bead for a few vinyl windows that I have. Could you tell me which I need for this installation? They are in white.
