I have a Pella sliding door that has a roller going bad. I bought the nit in 2005 when i built the house. I took the glass door down and looked at rollers on bottom of door. They look just like the 244 roller. the rollers on my door have the curved edge just like the 244. should i assume that's wh ... (cont.)

Good morning, looking for a channel balance for my window. There are no codes or markings stamped on the existing balance. I need one for the right side of the window (as you look at the window) The existing balance is 9 15/16' metal to metal. Thanks for your help.

Looking for a bubble seal with the profile in the attached photos. This goes in the astragals for four french doors we installed in 2003.

I removed the aluminium sliding door and expected the assembly to be removable. As it turns out, after removing the mounting screw, I found that the roller assembly did not come out--rather it was slidable along the length of the aluminium rail.The assembly was 2" or less long, so only had one whee ... Our balcony door is 8'-6" high by (2) 2'-6" wide doors and the rollers are shot.Do you have any rollers that will fit as replacements for the rollers in my photos?

These are 2 pictures of the same part. The part is located on both sides of the window and each side has a small metal post that slides into the blue portion. Having trouble locating a replacement for this type of snap in retainer.

Tim Connelly suggested that I upload pictures directly; this assembly can be removed and installed by engaging tabs and rotating arm to parallel with door.Thanks in advance for your help.David -- David H.

The crank itself seems to be stripped. Not the handle buy the gearing inside. It won't close the window once its opened.
