These pivot locks are for a Pro Series 3000 double hung window. I'm not sure about the manufacturer. Any info you could provide would be helpful.

I need a new keeper for my sliding door. Can you suggest a part that will fit?

I need replacement window cranks. My windows do not show a brand, but I included a picture of the hinge since that might help with identification. According to the measurements I took, product code 39-074 is closest to the crank I need. Is that correct?

Weather stripping from door installed approx. 1977. Is weather stripping still available?

I have 4 Viking sliding glass doors on the house - 3 have what I think are your 55-164 glazing bead. The 4th is a larger slider and has glazing bead indicated in the pictures shown attached. I ordered the 39-188 and 39-187 dyad cranks and I received them this week. I attempted to install them; however, they do not fit correctly.
