I cannot find the part number. The inside latch and the dead lock are both broken.

I am looking to replace both the window balance and the tilt lock shoes that match up with these. The windows are a double pane, double hung vinyl window that could be the original windows from when the house was built in 1994. I don't know the history of them. Needs Upper & lower weatherstripping replacement info for windows

I believe the windows are Jeld Wen double hung windows vinyl 2000 series purchased from Lowe's in 1989. Lowes part #89256.

I have 2 windows I need to replace the channel balances on and the top sash guide. These are Milgard 6210CE The one channel balance has a 31 5 stamped on it and the other 31DS45 I will also need replacement Top Sash guides which look like the broke they are 1.5 IN in length and 5/8inch wide and 9 ... As you can see from the attached picture, the stamp is "27 B". Other sites cross-reference that to 2720. Can you provide replacement channel balances for my 38 year old house. steel tubes on inner side that control window, closing and opening

5/8ths high from bottom of kerf to top of bulb. Has what appears to be a smaller bulb that is covered with a flap extending out from the top of the kerf.

1 3/4 wide X 3 inches long too to bottom before the wheel

Hope this picture is clear enough to identify part. Top tee shape is 1/4 inch wide. Drop down seal is 3/4 inch in length. Tee shape slides into a drip edge track on door. Thanks for any help you can find. Mike

PLease help me identify the part for Milgard window balancer. Length : 31.75" Wt: 31 lbs

I want to replace all my interior hardware to white. I need to know if the white lock replacement will fit my brass exterior keyed lock mechanism, and if so I need the mounting screws to fit in white. Also do you have the stationary door plate in white. Thanks for you help, Bob.

Hello, Please help, I am looking to replace broken pivot pins for the bottom sash of my window. the pin has a number 2 on it but is 2 3/4 inches long. I thought I found the correct parts on your site, but then read a customer's email to your company saying the parts he ordered were to big. Now I'm not so sure about my choice of size for my screens.
