Tubelite entry door with pivot hinge system, approx 15 years old. Door is scraping bottom as it opens. It appears the bottom right (as you look at the doors from the outside) pivot is missing the screw/bolt. I can lift the door a bit , since the screw is missing. mine are single hung windows, over twenty hears old. One is stamped 20 3 KP Caldwell, and the other 26 4 LP Caldwell. I'm looking at 380 and 385 as likely clones but can't decide which. What is difference?

I need to remove an aluminum storm window tilt key so I can measure it for replacement. Is there a trick to remove them??? I have tried tapping in the grove with a screwdriver tip and hammer. It won't budge. You have what I need just have to confirm dimensions.

Hi, I have a 380 series balance that needs replacing (it definitely has a 15-005 shoe). The metal length is 15 3/4", and the stamp is 15 - 3 BSI RE. What would you recommend? Thanks Greg
