The spiral balance spring in my double hung window snapped. It's a replacement window from 2007. Don't know the manufacturer; no visible signs of who the manufacture is on the window or sash. Attached are pics of the part installed and removed. Hopefully you can help.

I'm looking to replace a Rollyson with a new different brand but don't know what the outer edge of the window looks like. It's a double window and measures side to side window 70". I need to know how far it extends from the inside edge. Does it have a nail edge? Victor

Your help will be appreciated. This is from a vinyl window. The metal part is 27 in. Long and the width is 1/2 in. Let me know what you find out.

Hello, I just moved and the door handle on my slider on the outside (black handle) won't close with a key. It's not on properly and when closed up again the frame it's tough to turn key. I believe these are Milgard windows and i'm looking for the metal screen clip for a casement screen. In reviewing the parts on your site they do not appear to match. Do you have any recommendation as to what this part is or where to get it? Thank you!

You have the parts I need to freshen these windows (and add a window film). The only chance I have of meeting local requirements for U factor on our addition is if these older aluminum windows have a thermal brake/barrier between the outside and inside aluminum frames.
