I have the same system as your 15-180 shoe and Series 190 coil spring I have replaced the glass in the window but it is now heavier than the original glass and the coil balances will not keep the sash up. I need to replace weatherstripping on some Jeld-wen casement windows that were installed in 1999.

When the door is shut, the center release pin on the door doesnot make good contact with the jam screw to allow the lock lever to latch..The release pin seems to be striking below the screwhead into the soft aluminum. In addition the door is sometimes hard to roll..Could the bearings be wearing out ... (cont.)

hello. I think the weatherstrip in the picture is closest to Kerf Mount Bubble Seal, 3/8" Product Code: 58-114. The wool pile, however, I cannot seem to figure out how to remove. The windows is aluminum and doesn't appear to come apart, so I cannot slide the wool pile strip off from either end. Als ... (cont.)

Does this lock set fit a door with a thickness of 1.5 inches? This means that the lock hook must be .75 inches from the inside face to properly meet the keeper. Thank you.
