On the Double Mortise Lock it has "II(letters) Made in New Zealand, Patent Pending". The latch lever broke and I think it is because the mortise lock is no longer working properly. The double mortise lock is 7" long by 1 3/8" deep by 1/2" wide. I cannot find a manufacturer name on the hardware. T ... (cont.)

I'm looking to identify ALL parts related to this brand of awning windows. I'm rehabbing the whole house and all windows are in the state of disrepair. I never seen an awning window with a rod at the bottom of the window. Could this be Andersen Flex Pac Windows circa 1971?Thanks

I'm looking for a door sweep to fit my side door.There are no markings of what model door I have.The door is metal and uses a snap in style with 2 barb spaced 1-1/8 inches apart. All the big box stores carry the 7/8" barb spacing. Can you help?
