The channel balance I ordered and replaced did not fit very wellI need a ribbed style and was unable to get one. The square style doesn't fit well. This part stays in window sash on a tilt window it is missing the metal prongs that hold the block tied to the string on a ribbed channel balance

I trying to figure out which one to order. The Part measures 6" in height.

Hello, I am looking for a replacement balancer for a 25" milgard balancer from a single hung window installed in about 2008. The width is 1/2". The channel balance is 21 inches metal end to metal end. It has markings - 20 4 and what I believe is ?CJ BSI VO?. I think it is an Alpine window built in 2009 or 2010.

Hello, I recently bought a set of 2600-26 spiral window balances for a large set of windows (older double hung) and unfortunately the Black Tip models do not have enough "pressure" to hold the window up. My wife accidentally walked into our paella screen door. She dislodged the screen from the lower track and exposed the 84-105 screen roller. It looked like the threads in the plastic got stripped so I added a bit of glue from a glue gun to the upper hole (where the threads are) to see if I could g ... (cont.)

These are from the 1950's I think. Non-tilt window. The foot is 3/8 x 3" long. The tube is 9/16" diameter and 19" long. Each sash weighs about 8#. What would you suggest as a replacement balance and foot. Thanks, Randle

I have a rental where the wood windows are kept open with this stopper. Do you have something similar that will hold the windows open. Some of the windows are missing the part or the rubber stopper is worn out.
