I need a schematic or picture on how to install the locking mechanism in the frame of the door. Since there are not instructions on line or that you can send I would like to know what fits into what. We have to drill out some of the frame to install this so it would be nice to know the proper way ... (cont.)

Hello. I need help finding this replacement weatherstrip. It is for patio door sill, fits into a channel in the aluminium sill. I think they are Andersen patio doors but I cannot find any manufacture id on the doors. 32 inches long. Thanks

These are taken out from a casement window. The fastener between operator and handle broke so the handle can't be attached now. I did some search and it seems my handle op05-1509 is different from others with the same number. Its head is round rather than hex. I'm not sure if the broken fastener bel ... (cont.)

I have windows marked exactly the same but I need the fitting attached to the side of the window that grabs the channel balance. Can the Charlie bar be installed upside down to where the bar will be hidden in the upper track when in the secure position? Also, our door has the sliding door on the outside so it looks like we will need the L bracket installation.
