Hi. I found the series number for my window balance wich is 385 and the length is 15 1/2 , none of the numbers match my stamp. my window is from Milgard the stamp # is 15 2. Can you tell me which of your stamp #, corresponds to mine. Thank you Miguel.

My window is a Milgard. One day window stopped working. Found only balancer present. Only one clip present to stop balancer. There are holes on both sides for two balancer and clips. I think I need a matching clip and balancer for other side

I believe the 27 inch, 385 is the right style for my guides, but I'm concerned because the little hook at the bottom seems to be turned the opposite direction of the ones pictured in the parts photos.
