My channel balance stamp code does notr match any order page. It reads 28C.

The picture 772.jpg is the window ballast and the picture 004.jpg is the part inside the window. Pictures 077.jpg,076.jpg, 075.jpg is the bottom latch lock. I need 200 of each part or the replacement of each item that would work on windows

Please let me know if u can replace this. I checked online but what I saw on your site the arm was smaller. Please help.

No markings found on hardware, "GA" on window lock. Metal bottom screws into bottom of window.

Space between the screws is 2 1/8 inch apart !

Hello, Just placed an order on Spiral Tilt balancer and need to match pivot shoe.I am unable to get the right part with my measurements.The pivot shoe measurement i have are depth 5/32" and width 1" 5/32.Can you add 4 matching pivot shoes to the order 1084191? Thank you,Mariusz

Your 84-024 looks to be perfect match for my sliding screen doors including the "70-1" stamped number. But, my sliding screen doors have the same spring-loaded assemblies on the bottom AND on the top. Does this make sense? My sliding screen doors (and the wood framed glass doors) were made by Eag ... Part 81-243 looks almost identical except it is taller (1 7/16 as opposed to 1/3/16. The space where the roller inserts is 1 3/16 so the taller roller will not fit. Door is about 44 years old.

Couldn't find a match for the 1/2" balances based on the ends. The balance itself measures 15" (metal part only). The only marking on it is 1420 (weight/tension).

By Looking at the product dimension, it seems fitted the broken handle in the lock in the kitchen window. However I could open the window to replace the disabled lock due to the broken handle doesn't turn in either way. Is there other way to take down the old lock without damage to the window? Thank ...
