The standard patio door rollers (we often order from CR Laurence) are the same except for the position of the side tabs. It seems like the mortise lock 6 1/2 will work for me but not sure can I return it if it doesn't work?

We need to replace hinges on some doors at the company. Doors are very old we are guessing 20 plus years /Company doors not wont to replace doors only fix broken parts. I placed an order recently with you. The metal part of the balance looks correct - but the bottom clip is 1.25" wide while my track is only 1" wide.The clip that attaches to the window channel at the top of the balance is also different from what I need.
