Is the keeper made to sit on the surface of the door frame, or is it meant to fit into a groove or hole in the frame?

Looking for replacements of tilt locks for existing replacement windows. I believe the windows are milgard / pella.

lock is Parlyn Inc. Moneterey Park, CA, Model 985, I still have the handle, its fine, but no handle for exterior, and the keyed entry on exterior I have, it seems to be in good condition, but alas no key with it. Trying to replaced the keyed entry and lock and exterior handle

I have two (2) Clerestory awning-style windows with crank style operators. They are so high In need a ladder to open or close. Can I use the 29-214 with a telescopic rod to improve use and ease in using?

Everything seems to be worn off which is making finding replacement operators very difficult. The only numbers i can find are etched on the inside and they are 30614 and 30893. The width of the operator is 5.5" and it's a single arm

on my door i have 2 sash lock and they work together one is broken handle cant find a replacement they hole on the gear is deeper then the single lock help please

Hi! I need balances for 5 windows. My measurement for the width for the balances is 5/8. The balance is 28 inches. The window pane is 34 inches x 29 inches. I attaching a picture of a patio door handle also. Please let me know what to order. Thank You!

Hi There, I think I've identified my replacement channel balance for my aluminium mid 80's Milgard windows at the S385. The ones I a replacing have 2640 stamped as my sash weight code which is not an option with the S385. Which weight should I order? Thanks Nick

Need parts to replace my Anderson sliding door lock mechanism. Need to replace both lock mechanism on door where handle broke off and lock mechanism on door frame where lock hooks in.

I?m having a tough time trying to figure out the correct lockset needed for my sun room lanai. The door thickness is 2 3/4. The offset from for edge to center hole is 1 1/2. My customer brought this in. I believe that there is another half to it, but he says there isn't. One end attaches to the metal bracket on the side of sash. Please let me know if you have seen anything similar to this. Your help is greatly appreciated.Thank you,Andrew
