As per my previous email this is the picture of my window with the handle in place. The handle does not open and close the window. Please let me know if there is any other information needed.

Huh. I don't recognize this wheel assembly. Being that it doesn't have any markings or numbers, it could have been made overseas. We have the 23-086 ball bearing wheel assembly, which may be able to be adapted to your door. What do you think?

Inside handle spring broken. Will your Swisco 40-150 handle replace the one shown in the pictures?

Good Morning, The channel balances measure 27" Long x 9/16" wide x 5/8" high The balances came out of the same window but have different numbers on them. 2530F and 2540F I also need the black plastic piece as well

I have Sash Controls sliding glass door 2265 with an outside lock (with key) and an inside lock (via latch). The latch broke-- I think this may be part 82-107, but I am not sure. My channel balances are stamped with 2930 bsi and are 29 3/8 inches long. I ordered the series 385 2930 channel balances, but the two differences are that the new ones are exactly 30 inches long and as seen in the attached image the bottom clips, have a slightly different curvature. The window will crank open but not shut. Owens Corning number 622009. This crank is located on the rhs of the window looking out. The glass dimensions are 33.5 by 35.5 inches.
