Slide latches are broken, also the push buttons for slide latches.

I've got a broken mortise lock, round face, that I'd like to replace. It's half an inch wide with 3 11/16 inch spacing. I'm thinking I'd might as well replace the 20 year old handle.Are part numbers 82-033 and 82-032 identical except for the color?Thanks,Luis

The plastic connectors of my screen windows have creaked over time. These brackets hold the plastic arms. The photo shows the brand K & K. Need about a dozen. Thanks. Jotham B

I believe I have a crestline slider. There is a plastic trim that snaps on the bottom guide. See photos. It had a thin rubber(?) installation on the inside of the plastic. It cracked in two, hence the tape. See photo. Tape didn't hold. Seeking replacement. Span about 95 inches. I'll removed the do ... (cont.)

We need the spiral balance springs for two windows and the other pieces they fit into. They are single hung. The part is 28" (not including the metal end piece.We can't find the name of the windows but were told they are either metal industries or MW windows. Can send other pictures if necessary. ... The attached photos show the hole on the sliding door and what the plug looks like, it is 7/16" across and is pushed into a hole at the bottom of the sliding glass door. I believe it covers the adjustment screws for the rollers on the door. Our dog ate 4 of them off our living room slider. Do you ha ... (cont.)
