I've had a difficult time getting the correct replacement part. Pella is the brand on the lock. Hole spacing is 2-1/8" The Keeper is recessed and at the thinnest part 1/8" it's thickest part 6/32" It feels metal not plastic.

Trying to identify replacement window channel balance. 1/2" wide by 28 3/8" in length with the ends as pictured. Channel is stamped with 3330. It looks like the number 2830 is marked over stamped number

I had originally ordered 39-001 and 39-002, but the arm angle is not correct as a replacement. These are 9" crank operators. Any assist would be appreciated. I need both left and right hand versions. Thanks, Marty

Need the top channel balance guides and the side sliders as shown on photos. Do not have any info/numbers from the parts nor the window itself.
