I have a broken lock on my patio door it looks like your double hook MORTISE lock.David

I need two replacement window channel balances for my Viking window. They are 1/2" wide and have the number 2930 on them. I couldn't find them in your parts section. Do you stock these? Thanks, Scot

We need the part in the photos (spring/balance?) it is 29 inches in length. The window does not stay up anymore when raised.

My window channel balance is 27" and has a number on end of 26 4. Does that mean I need to purchase a 2640 part number?

My exterior, non-keyed handle doesn't spring back and has to be manually turned. I want an updated lever set in oil rubbed bronze if possible. Please advise if this is possible or if I need to change out the door. Thank you!Cindy

my channel balance is 22 inches long and 9/16 wide. It is from an All Weather window that is about 40 years old. Do you make a 22 inch long balance or will the 21 inch work? I am an un-handy homeowner- Help! Thanks Bob
